Usually, yes. We use AI tools to upscale, sharpen and restore phone photos and old prints. If a photo still won't print well at the size you want, we'll tell you before you commit and suggest a size that works.
Yes, for any country and document type: passports, visas, residence permits and IDs. Tell us which document it's for and send a clear, front-facing photo. Our AI pipeline checks eyes, expression, lighting and sharpness, sets the right background and crops to that document's official size, including Singapore's ICA online spec. Things it can't judge reliably, like glare on glasses, get a human check. Digital files and printed copies are both available.
